How we serve investors, your rights and responsibilities, and how to raise a grievance — including escalation to the Exchange, SEBI SCORES 2.0, and SMART ODR.

Mission
Every investor should be able to invest in the right investment products based on their needs, risk-taking capacity, and financial goals, and secure their future and prosperity, backed by fair, transparent, and trustworthy practices.
Services Provided to Investors
- Execution of trades on the Exchange as per client instructions.
- Timely allocation and settlement of funds and securities/commodities.
- Issuance of contract notes, statements of accounts, and margin statements as mandated by the Exchange/SEBI.
- KYC registration and updation — a one-time exercise across SEBI-registered intermediaries.
- Handling of investor grievances through our designated grievance email, and escalation support to SCORES / SMART ODR.
- Investor education and risk disclosures relating to trading.
Rights of Investors
- Right to receive a copy of the KYC and account-opening documents you have signed.
- Right to receive periodic statements of accounts, and contract notes within the prescribed time.
- Right to receive funds and securities/commodities in a timely manner.
- Right to be informed of the risks, charges, and brokerage applicable before trading.
- Right to register a complaint and seek redressal, including escalation to the Exchange, SEBI SCORES, and SMART ODR.
- Right to fair and equitable treatment, free of mis-selling or unauthorised trading.
Responsibilities of Investors
- Complete KYC accurately and keep your mobile number and email ID updated with us and with your depository participant.
- Read all account-opening and risk-disclosure documents carefully before signing.
- Give clear, unambiguous trading instructions and verify every trade confirmation you receive.
- Check your contract notes, statements, and the consolidated account statement (CAS) from NSDL/CDSL every month.
- Never share your trading account login, OTP, or password with anyone, including our staff.
- Deal only with SEBI-registered intermediaries; verify registration before investing.
Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Write to our designated investor-grievance email, nokhacommodity@gmail.com. We acknowledge and resolve every complaint within 21 calendar days.
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, or do not hear back in time, escalate to the Exchange, then to SEBI via SEBI SCORES 2.0, and if still unresolved to the SMART ODR portal.

Do
- Deal only with SEBI-registered stock brokers and depository participants.
- Verify your trades and account statements regularly.
- Use the pledge mechanism (not power of attorney) to place securities as margin, effective since 1 September 2020.
- Register on SEBI SCORES 2.0 if you need to raise a grievance directly with the regulator.
Don't
- Don't deal with unregistered intermediaries or on the promise of guaranteed / assured returns.
- Don't share your login credentials, OTPs, or trading passwords with anyone.
- Don't issue cheques for IPO applications — use ASBA and quote your bank account number in the application instead.
- Don't ignore SMS/email alerts from the Exchange or depository about your account activity.
